Hygico by InstaClean, Lda., is aware of the importance of quality in managing its operations as a benchmark in developing a competitive business environment. As such, it commits to implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) that meets the requirements of NP EN ISO 9001:2015 and to continuously improving all processes within the organisation.
As part of its mission to provide customers with a reliable, integrated service that allows them to minimise operating costs while ensuring their operations are conducted with the diligence and quality required, Hygico works towards meeting the following goals:

- Customer and stakeholder satisfaction, adjusting the organisation’s activities to their requirements and expectations;
- Concern for the safety of the services provided, seeking to ensure the best methods to process all uniforms across different phases: from selecting fabrics and manufacturing uniforms for different operations to adopting best practices in their cleaning processes and meeting each client’s requirements, from repairs to collection and delivery processes;
- Establishing solid relationships with the Portuguese business community, directly supporting companies through an effective, personalised service adapted to their needs;
- Gaining credibility and customer trust through the application of a system of processes geared towards meeting customer needs and quality Business Management, which constitute the basis of the scope of the standard – prerequisites for an organisation to seek continuous improvement;
- Measuring, evaluating, and improving performance across its operations;
- Promoting its Code of Conduct, which applies to all company employees;
- Defending the development of a culture and awareness of quality among (internal and external) company employees;
- Implementing effective internal and external communication mechanisms;
- Establishing mechanisms for monitoring and continuously improving its operations;
- Running periodic external evaluations of the company per the required quality standards.
